"District Cooperative Banks (DCB) can not finance self-redevelopment projects of housing societies as it falls under the purview of 'commercial real estate' and against the loan policy, The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) informed the Maharashtra state cooperative bank (MSCB) on Wednesday."
