MHADA waived the interest payable on premiums for redevelopment projects under Development Control Rules 33 (5)
- Proposal having due dates of the instalment payment falling between March 25 to December 24, 2020 is shifted to December 26,2020.
- During the said period up to December 26, 2020, no interest will be levied on the regular and default instalments.
- Interest waiver of the 9 month shall not be applicable to proposal who failed to pay due payment on or before January 10, 2021.
