A full FSI will now be given to, plot/s deriving an access from public street or road width of 9.0m and above or plot is partly abutting (narrow abutment) public street or road width of 9.0 m and above. Minimum width of the abutment or access for building height upto 32m shall be 3.6m and for building height above 32m minimum width shall be 4.5m. Occupants shall adheres to various terms and conditions laid down by the CFO subject to regular maintenance and upkeepment.
