Civic body invokes force majeure in favour of city builders.
  1. Extended IOD expiring btw 01/03/20 & 30/06/30 to 30/09/20
  2. Permission expiring btw 01/03/20 & 29/06/30 extended till 30/06/20, provided the application with revalidation fees are paid before 30/06/20.
  3. Permission due for renewal prior to 01/03/20, shall be subject to penalty excluding the period from 13/03/20 to 31/05/20.
