To make redevelopment lucrative for the developers, society should adopt Neo-redevelopment process. Under this process, the society floats the tender, only after all the IOD compliance are done, members new flats area are finalized, designs are prepared and approved; while the upcoming developer pays for obtaining approvals on the name of society.
