Incentives may be in line with Deepak Parekh Committee report, which has recommended 50% cut in premiums taken by MCGM for Additional FSI, TDR, second staircase, open space deficiencies and others. The said proposal are with state govt. now and lot of reliefs come in through cabinet decisions.
