Full FSI will be granted, in cases where width of the abutment of the plot or access is less than 9.00m but deprived from public street/ road width of more than 9.0m

  • Full FSI will be granted, in cases where width of the abutment of the plot and/or access to the public street/road is smaller than 9.00m and cases where two or more plots jointly derive access from public street/ road width of 9.0 M and above. 
  • Loading of the FSI/TDR shall continue to be permitted based on the width of the public street/road to which the plot abuts or derive access from, irrespective of width of abutment of the plots or width of the access.
  • For building height upto 32 m, minimum width of the abutment or access shall be 3.6 m and width of public street or road on which plot is abutting or deriving an access shall be of 6.0 m or more. In case of public street or road width less than 9.0 m width Loading of additional FSI/ TDR shall not be permissible as per the prevailing DCPR 2034.
  • For building height above 32m minimum width of the abutment or access shall be 4.5m and width of public street or road on which plot is abutting or deriving an access shall be of 9.0 m or more.
  • Development shall be subject to terms and condition laid down in the said circular along with mainanatce and upkeepment.
  • Definition: Abutment and/or access to the plot/s means and include any narrow access which is a part/portion of same plot or any narrow access which includes a portion of other plot/plots or common access which is commonly used with any other adjoining plot/plots for common access. The width of abutment/access shall be considered as total width of abutment/access of the same plot as well as adjoining plot which is jointly used as common access by the plot holders.
