Guidelines for rapid redevelopment of dilapidated and cessed buildings in the city of Mumbai.

  • Registration and Eligibility of the Developers: GR outlines the documents required for registration of the developers and eligibility criteria for the redevelopment. In order to redevelop up to 500 units developer should have average annual turnover of Rs 10 cr in last three year and should have constructed 18,000 sqm in last three years.
  • Escrow accounts for the Rent
  • Monitoring committee to oversee the redevelopment project including three members from the society.
  • Guidelines for the redevelopment of property acquired under 103-B of MHADA Act 1976
