All type of premium payments excluding development and administrative charges made under Development Control and Promotion Regulation will get 50% Discount till 31st December 2021.
- As per the notification dated 14 January 2021, 50% rebate shall be given on the additional FSI and Fungible area admissible for the development as per DCPR.
- Planning Authority (BMC,MHADA,etc.) shall issue similar rebate for other premiums like, Staircase-Lift- Lobby area, Open Space Deficiency Premium, Change in Users, etc.
- For calculating the premium, maximum of ASR applicable on 01/04/2020 or prevailing shall be considered.
- In order to avail this benefits, developers shall bear entire cost towards the stamp duty of benefited construction area.
