In reference to guidelines issued by the Govt of Maharashtra under DMU/2020/CR92/Dis M-1 dated 02-05-20, following work shall be permissible wherever in situ labours are available.
- Pre-monsoon work stipulated in the circular no CHE/DP/118 Dated 26/04/20 and construction activity which are already commenced prior to lockdown, as per the plans approved and as per the CC granted may be carried out.
- No permission will required from MCGM to carry out regular/ routine structural repair work, tenantable repair as specified in section 342 of MMC Act -1888 including water proofing of buildings, demolition of C-1 category wherever the order is passed or demolition of the building wherever IOD is issued and existing building is vacated and is in dilapidated condition which may cause danger to adjoining buildings structures.
In above cases self declaration need to be submitted that, they will abide to guidelines issued by GoM vide DMU/2020/CR92/Dis M-1 dated 02-05-20 & they maintain social distancing as mentioned by GoI.
