Project Maitree is an Architect-PMC founded to extend techno-economical services for the redevelopment of co-operative housing societies. Project Maitree strives to bridge the gap about domain knowledge among families staying in old buildings in order to ensure maximum financial gains for CHS members and to enable their smooth transition to new accommodation. The company has been envisaged by joint efforts of industry experts in the field of project management, construction quality auditing, architecture, real estate, land valuation, project structuring, legal, and accounting.

Milestones

  • Promoters of the company are empaneled with various undertakings of Maharashtra government such as MMRDA, MAHAGENCO, PWD Mumbai and are licensed architects for building plan approval with MCGM (BMC) and MHADA
  • The first one to introduce Neo-Redevelopment, Project Maitree stresses upon obtaining IOD before floating tender to mitigate redevelopment risk
  • We disseminate regular updates along with photographs about compliance, construction progress, material testing procedure and quality control through multimedia platform
  • Modelled on Project Management Institute, USA, we collaborate with society members to draft Redevelopment Charter to bring transparency in the entire process
